How do I know if my order is successful?

After confirming the order, you will receive an email to your registered email address to confirm your order.

Where is my order?

To track your order, click ‘Check Order’(Order Details) in your account, select the order you would like to trace, order information and corresponding tracking number will be displayed. If you experience any issues tracking your order, please contact us at this page.

I have placed an order but have not received my order confirmation, has my order gone through?

We are sorry that this has not come through! Order confirmations can sometimes go into your spam folder or you may have entered the wrong email address. If you are unable to find your confirmation email, please contact us at this page.

 

Delivery

How can I receive my order?

We provide SF Express delivery service to ship your order to the address you filled in during checkout. You can also choose to pick up your order at an SF Stations or Lockers.

Can I change the delivery date/address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify the details of the order once the order is confirmed.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

For Hong Kong, the delivery typically takes around 3-5 working days.

For Macau, the delivery takes approximately 5-7 working days.

Please note that the delivery times may be extended during promotional periods or peak seasons.
