Can I exchange my purchased item?
You can exchange the purchased regular-priced items for a different color or size. All items are eligible for exchange only; refunds are not provided.

What is your exchange policy?
From the date of order shipment, you can exchange the purchased regular-priced items for a different color or size within 14 days.
Please ensure that all exchanged items show no signs of use or damage, and original packaging is intact with tags, labels, or protective seals are still attached to the products.
For footwear exchanges, the original shoe box must be included with no damage or marked, with all tags and accessories included.
For items such as underwear and silicone invisible bras, the packaging must be unopened and in perfect condition. Any items that show signs of wear, alteration, opened, or washed will not be accepted for exchange.
Please understand that returns that do not meet the standards will not be accepted and will be returned to your original shipping address, along with a handling fee of HKD 50.
How do I exchange my order?

Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. But if there are any changes to the items, please contact us at Contact Us, we will try our best to assist you.
